100% Savagnin, made in the traditional method with no dosage, no added sugar, no added yeasts. A small portion of the following vintage is blended in at the start of fermentation, adding freshness and tension. The nose is mellow and inviting, with lemon oil, orchard fruit and buttered brioche. The palate is vibrant and long, with citrus zest, crystallised ginger and a fine, delicate mousse. Brut for dry, S for Savagnin, Zero for no dosage.
