Pommeau de Normandie is the result of a judicious marriage between cider apple juice harvested from identified orchards and its eau de vie, Calvados. About thirty varieties of Pommeau apples have been selected for its production. This Pommeau is then aged for more than fourteen months in oak barrels before being bottled. Traditionally served as an aperitif, the ideal temperature to appreciate its aromas is 8 to 10°.
