The second wine from the estate, Les Cadrans de Lassègue 2017 is ruby and brilliant in color. The bouquet is fresh and elegant, showcasing a complex expression of red fruits, spices and violet. The finesse of the aromas follows through on the palate, where the persistence of red fruits is lifted by notes of nutmeg and white pepper.  Well-balanced and elegantly structured with already silky tannins and a mineral finish, this is a great wine to enjoy immediately.
