This 2020 is surely the most beautiful vintage of Jaboulet's great white cuvée: "Le Chevalier de Stérimberg". The first is impressively complex, expressing powerful notes of very ripe pineapple, fresh melon, candied citrus and white peach. In the mouth, the body is not opulent, it is the very pure mineral tension that marks this haute-couture Hermitage.
