Uvaggio is a dynamic blend of 80% Nebbiolo, 15% Vespolina and 5% Croatina, coming from three different vineyard sites around Alto Piemonte. After gentle picking and a 28-day maceration, the wine is aged in Slovenian oak and barrels used from the Isole e Olena estate in Tuscany. A vibrant juicy red with perfumes full of rich cherry and plum fruit, paired with supple, approachable tannins and ending with a long and inviting finish.
