2019 La Muse shimmers with a deep violet-ruby core of color, expressing opulent fruit aromas of candied red & black cherry, and wild fresh blackberry, with perfumed notes of dried potpourri, dried rosemary, and essences of sandalwood, toasted cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove from French oak aging. The palate perfectly mirrors the nose, along with tannins reminiscent of dark cocoa nib, bright acidity, and petrichor minerality, all of which work to balance the supple texture of this wine, leading to a very long finish.
