The 2021 Bohan-Dillon is remarkably expressive upon opening. Notes of crushed strawberries, Santa Rosa plum, thyme, violets and sage jump out of the glass. The palate is juicy and mouth-filling, with tremendous energy and freshness.
 

The 2022 Pinot Noir The Bohan-Dillon is soft, supple and easy-going, all of which make it a fine choice for drinking over the next handful of years. Succulent red berry fruit, kirsch, sweet spice and flowers are nicely pushed forward in this tasty, accessible Pinot from the Hirschs' neighboring vineyard. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2030
