The vines are located mainly on hilltops and on marl soils. Some are located on the western slope of the Revermont, whose soils are covered with Bajocian limestone scree. Their altitude is the highest in the estate (nearly 400m). The age of the vines is between 10 and 45 years.

Golden-yellow in the glass. It offers delicate aromas of pear, green apple, and quince on the nose. On the palate, it is remarkably pure and refined, culminating in a buttery finish.
