Villa Antinori Bianco is the fresh, aromatic one. Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Vermentino give it citrus, green apple, pear and orange blossom, with a round, savoury palate. It's lively enough to open as guests arrive and has the body to carry through the main course.

Villa Antinori Toscana brings the depth. Sangiovese, Tuscany's signature grape, is joined by Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah, giving ripe cherry and raspberry, warm spice and a hint of cocoa, framed by polished tannins. It has the structure for dark meat, gravy and stuffing, and it's lovely sipped by the fire once the plates are cleared.

Two wines from the same family and the same historic label, made to work together. Between them, every course is covered, and the wine is sorted before the turkey goes in the oven.

3 x Antinori 2025 Villa Antinori Bianco Toscana
First made by Marchese Niccolò Antinori with the 1931 vintage, the Bianco carries a label that has remained virtually unchanged for nearly a century. The 2025 blends Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Vermentino. A mild, wet spring built up ample water reserves, which carried the vines through a dry summer with steady ripening, and harvest began in mid-August, about a week earlier than in 2024. The grapes were gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel and kept in steel until bottling to preserve their freshness. Straw yellow with green hues, it shows intense aromas of citrus, green apple and pear with orange blossom. The palate is fresh, enveloping and savoury.

3 x Antinori 2023 Villa Antinori Toscana
Marchese Niccolò Antinori created this wine in 1928 as the family's signature red, and it remains a symbol of Antinori's heritage. A blend of Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet from the family's Tuscan estates. The 2023 season started cool and rainy, which delayed flowering by about a week, before a hot, dry July and August brought the vines back on track. The wine was gently fermented to draw out colour and supple tannins, then aged in French and Hungarian oak barriques. Ruby red, with intense aromas of dark fruit, tobacco, juniper, spice, coffee and hazelnut. The palate is savoury and fresh, with supple tannins and a long finish.
