After years of experimentation and refinement, winemaker Sylvain Potin and his team are proud to present this singular expression: Cabernet Franc vinified as a still white wine, offering beautiful fruit and ample mouthfeel.

The 45-year-old vines are Demeter-certified biodynamic, rooted in silty-clay soils with grit and red flint over tufa. Seasonal practices; covering vine stock in autumn, plowing down in spring, careful tilling, and natural grass between rows are complemented by lunar-timed infusions and plant decoctions applied throughout the growing season.
