Savagnin Maceration Pelliculaire
The Arbois Savagnin Maceration Pelliculaire is a new cuvée of savagnin ouille created in 2018. This type of skin-contact vinification gives a more intense structure to the wine and different aromatics without losing its tension and energy. A wine perfectly suited to exotic and spicy cuisines.
The wine exhibits a highly fragrant aroma with discernible notes of apricot, gentian, and intense floral touches. After undergoing aeration for a few hours, the wine develops spicier notes and becomes more exotic. The palate is vibrant and almost tropical. The wine finishes with a beautiful salinity that cleanses the palate.
