The second debut, and a different proposition entirely. Ratti built this from a selection of the Ochetti Langhe Nebbiolo and other estate lots, blending roughly seventy percent Nebbiolo with Barbera and Dolcetto in equal measure. The 2024 is the first vintage.

Everything about the winemaking points toward freshness. One week of maceration, a few months in stainless steel, bottled the following April, thirteen percent alcohol. Ruby red with cherry running through the bouquet, balanced and fragrant, with tannins that are firm without being demanding. Drink it over the next three to four years.
