The Terre de Meunier is a tribute to Pinot Meunier, prized varietal of the Marne Valley where the house is located. It is a champagne both fruity and fresh, ideal for an aperitif or to accompany a cocktail. This cuvée is a blend of the most beautiful Pinot Meunier vines in the area. The wine is aged in stainless steel vats, and the reserve wines, that is to say the wines of the previous years, are kept in oak barrels to gain complexity. The bottles age then 18 to 30 months in the cellars of the house, then are very slightly dosed before release. The wine has a pale gold color and fine bubbles. On the nose, it shows notes of ripe fruit with a nice spicy touch. The mouth is mature and round, while maintaining a nice freshness and showing the purity of the Pinot Meunier varietal.
