This vintage is predominantly Syrah for fruity body and colour, and Cinsault for softness and fresh aroma, macerated with Grenache for berry and white pepper notes.  The characteristics of each grape are blended to let their personalities mingle.  Fermented in 100% stainless steel for freshness.  A trailblazer towards a new, pink future!
