A classically styled wine that truly embodies the L'Aventure spirit - where Bordeaux meets the Rhône. A blend of 58% Syrah, 31% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Petit Verdot made with 100% Estate Grown Fruit from the L’Aventure Vineyard. Aged in 65% New French Oak and 35% 1-Year Old French Oak with Malolactic Fermentation in Barre. Optimus is full bodied and intense.
