Le Citron du Roulot is made is made from organically grown Sicilian Petronio lemons and created via a combination of infusion and distillation.  This is a less sweet style, giving this delicious liqueur a particularly fine balance between alcohol, intense flavour and sweetness.  This is a like a cross between Limoncello and an eau de vie.  35% alcohol and 140g/l in sugar.
