Komaros Rosato
Named after the Greek word for the arbutus trees that dot Mount Cònero (Kómaros was also the ancient Greek name for the mountain itself), this 100% Montepulciano rosé comes from the same prized vineyards as Garofoli's top red wines. The vines are managed specifically for rosato production and harvested early to maximize freshness and acidity.
Tasting Note: Pale coral pink with delicate aromatics of fresh strawberries, cherries, and white peach. The palate is rich yet fresh; velvety texture balanced by bright acidity, with flavors of red berries, crushed herbs, and subtle minerality. There's more depth here than typical rosé, with a structure that can handle heartier dishes.
