The Chianti Classico Castello della Paneretta is a Tuscan red wine composed mostly of Sangiovese, to which is added a small balance of Canaiolo and Colorino. It ages for 12 months in large oak barrels and expresses an intense and territorial sensorial profile, conveyed by aromas of cherries, plums, cloves, humus and eucalyptus, with a refreshing, full and persistent mouthfeel.
