Crafted from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber Agave in the prestigious Los Altos Highlands of Jalisco, Comisario Blanco is a crystal-clear, ultra-premium sipping tequila. On the nose, expect aromas of spun honey, waxy pear and apple, roasted pepper, and delicate herbs. The palate is soft and silky, offering a delicate, dryish light-to-medium body with dried apple, mineral, yellow pepper, and acacia honey flavors, finishing with a long, elegant, gentle spicy fade.
