The '19 Brothers is produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grown in a two acre block at 850 feet of elevation on the eastern slope of Palomino Hill, blended with 18% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot from neighboring single-acre vineyards. Fermented with wild, native yeasts, aged for 17 months in French oak barrels, and bottled in the spring of 2021.
