The house of Pascal Jolivet was founded in 1987 and is one of the most dynamic domaines in France's Loire Valley, located just a stones throw outside of the village of Chavignol. Based in Sancerre, they own over 120 acres of prime vineyards that spread across both Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume. Pascal and his team are firm believers in natural winemaking and practice environmentally friendly techniques in both the vineyard and cellar.
