An intriguing blend of Carmenère and the rare indigenous grape Oseleta, which was all but extinct in the 1980s. It's rich and long, with dark fruit, pepper, vanilla, and an attractive mineral note. The spicy character is nicely complemented by herbs and cloves, making for a layered, complex wine. Pair with mature cheeses or grilled meats.
