The La Cendrillon estate is comprised of 50 hectares, of which 15 are dedicated to young vines between 2 and 15 years of age, on the extremities of the Fontfroide and Boutenac land. Passed down for more than 250 years through the family, the revered estate converted to organic agriculture and obtained its ECOCERT certification in 2013, in keeping with the conviction that all great wines are born from a preserved and living environment. This approach requires extreme care in order to obtain healthy grapes and juice full of intense flavours. The planting of exotic varietals including Albarino and Verdejo, and the enlargement of the winery, has resulted in vinifications where each plot can express originality.
