Produced from 100% Nerello Mascalese. The grapes for this traditional method sparkling from vineyards located on the southern slopes of Mount Etna, which is particularly suitable for sparkling wine given the high altitude and abundant sunshine.   Pink with light ruby glares. Numerous, fine, and persistent bubbles. Intense, delicate, fragrance with hints of red fruit. The taste is dry, mineral with pleasant acidity, slightly tannic, and with persistent red fruit flavours.
