For one night only, we welcome Philippe Bourrat, Export Manager for Isole e Olena, for an intimate dinner at Black + Blue. Philippe brings deep knowledge of the estate and a clear sense of where it sits within the modern Tuscan landscape.
The evening showcases a curated selection of Isole e Olena wines across a four-course menu, moving from their restrained, mineral Chardonnay through the Chianti Classico, into the flagship Cepparello, and closing with their Vin Santo, one of the most serious examples still being made in Tuscany.
