Ratti Comes to Paese: A Barolo Dinner | Monday, May 11th

Renato Ratti changed the conversation around Barolo. His maps of the Langhe's crus, drawn in the 1970s, helped define how the region understands its own terroir to this day. The estate he founded in La Morra remains in the family, with single-vineyard Barolos from Marcenasco, Conca, and Rocche, alongside the broader range of Nebbiolo and Langhe wines that have made the house a benchmark.

For one evening only, we welcome Pietro and Andrea Ratti for an intimate dinner at Paese Ristorante. The brothers carry forward the work their father began, and they bring a clear sense of where Ratti sits within the modern Barolo landscape.

Whether you have followed the estate for years or are coming to it fresh, this is a chance to hear the story of one of La Morra's most influential houses directly from the family, paired with a menu designed to match every pour.
