An Evening with Antinori at Paese Ristorante | Friday, March 27

Few names carry the weight of Marchesi Antinori, six centuries of winemaking in Tuscany, and still one of the most compelling voices in Italian wine today. We are pleased to invite you to an intimate dinner celebrating the Antinori portfolio alongside an exceptional menu from the kitchen at Paese Ristorante.

Join us on the evening of Friday, March 27th at Paese on Bathurst, where Tony Loschiavo will guide us through a menu rooted in the flavours of the Italian countryside. The evening opens with a spread of stuzzichini paired with the Tormaresca 2024 Chardonnay before moving into courses that build toward the night's centrepiece: the Marchesi Antinori Tignanello, with the 2017 and 2018 poured side by side over a slow-braised duck leg with porcini, caramelized fennel and polenta bramata.
