Etienne Calsac took over his grandparents' 2.8-hectare vineyard near Avize in 2010 and has since introduced organic farming methods and meticulous quality control to every cuvée he produces. Each parcel is vinified separately, and every wine undergoes extensive lees aging before it is released. 'Les Revenants' is a blend of "forgotten" regional varieties that includes Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier, and Arbane. This savory wine is rare and limited to only 800 bottles produced.
