The NV Champagne Cuvée Le Caractère M is mostly Chardonnay with the small addition of 5% Pinot Noir. It is produced from the solera method, which was includes vintages from 2002-2014 with 25% of the current vintage. It then spends 60 months on lees. The nose is fresh with key lime, custard, and fresh bread, and the floral imprint continues through the palate, with more lime blossom, green apple, and a bit more mineral and acidic drive. Drink over the next 15-20 years.
