A dark, black fruit core resides at the heart of the wine, surrounded by ethereal notes of herbs, spices, and flowers. Ripe blackberries, kirsch, and red cherries drive the flavor profile. On the nose, exotic notes of cardamom, cumin, and anise are supported by aromas of dried flowers and sage. This is a deeply layered wine, with finely toned muscle and impressive balance.
