The ‘Caradeux’ vineyard faces east and sits across from the hill of Corton and grand cru Corton-Charlemagne. Steeply graded; soils are light and sandy, mostly decomposed quartz and clay. Grapes for this wine are sourced from vines 20-40 years old, hand harvested before being fermented in French oak barrels (approx. 35%-45% new).

Aromas of white flowers, citrus, apple, light honey. Bright, lacy; flavours of lemons, apple, white peach.. A perfect example of the delicacy and elegance of Pernand whites.
