Le Brut is made up of 88% Chardonnay and 12% Pinot Noir. Almost a direct reflection of the makeup of Arnaud's vineyards, with reserve wines from several years' harvests. This shows the creamy richness of Villers Marmery Chardonnay, balanced by refreshing acidity and a long finish.
