Hand-picked from the Sonsierra region of La Rioja, this 100 % tempranillo is a full expression of its high alkaline sandy clay terroir. 

Harvested in a warm year, as a result the 2019 vintage delivers a more concentrated, potent expression of the tempranillo grape, while incorporating a fresh nuance from the soils. 

Ripe cherry leads to a complexity of blackberry, winter spice, and dark chocolate. Smooth yet defined tannins create a long silky finish. Intended to be enjoyed in its youth, this wine can also be left to age for the next up to 4 years
