100% Carricante, Etna’s noble indigenous white grape variety, sourced from the eastern and southern slopes of Mt Etna. The vines are between 35-50 years old, providing complexity and depth to the wine.

The nose is bursting with Anjou pear and pomelos. On the palate it is dry, mineral with a pleasant acidity, flavour and aromatic persistence.
