The Saignee method results in a wine that is darker in colour and laced with a whole range of red berry, orange peel, cinnamon and mint nuances that give it a distinctly exotic feel. Fresh notes of cranberry, cherry pastry, plum and yellow apple on the palate with fresh acidity.
