The Vignes du Bourg is the signature wine coming from the Loire Valley's Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation. This is a very generous Melon de Bourgogne, full of acidity with great orchard fruit notes and subtle anise. The wine is aged on its lees for one year which really heightens all of this wines positive attributes, binding them with its rich texture.
