Beautiful, clear and brilliant straw colour. Located on the lieu-dit La Perrière, the nose is mineral and robust with notes of crushed stone. There are subtle notes of seaweed with a slight iodine note. The mouthfeel is generous with crunchy, apple-like acidity.
