The name Remoissenet - for collectors - stands for refined and classic Burgundy wines. This 100% Pinot Noir from the Savigny-les-Beaune AOC is sourced from all-estate fruit and biodynamically grown. The grapes are hand-harvested, fermented on indigenous years in open tank fermenters, followed by aging in French oak barrels. This has aromas of red berries, licorice, light spice. It is deep, suave and very well balanced.
