The 375ml bottling showcases the estate's signature style: a brilliant golden robe with an attractive, complex nose of acacias, white flowers, lemon, and a touch of honey, leading to a light, fruity palate of candied fruits and dry apricots, long on the finish with good acidic balance.  The wine is made from 90% Sémillon, 8% Sauvignon Blanc, and 2% Muscadelle, sourced from 60-year-old vines planted at 5,000 vines per hectare on clay, chalk, and gravel soils, with every harvested grape carrying botrytis.
