Domaine de Triennes is run by two of Burgundy’s greatest winemakers: Jacques Seysses, founder of Domaine Dujac, and Aubert de Villaine, co-owner of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti. This rosé is mostly Cinsault, with Grenache, Syrah and a hint of Merlot. The pale colour, forward strawberry fruit and zingy finish make this the solution for any sunny occasion, but there is hidden depth here. Subtle spice notes and a juicy mid-palate make it ideal for spiced food; its cleansing acidity and stony texture pair very well with all sorts of summer foods.
