The fruit for this unfiltered, low intervention Pinot Noir was hand-picked and the whole clusters went through partial carbonic fermentation before being aged for 20 months in concrete eggs. This energetic wine displays notes of cherry and strawberry Jello, wild flower and an herbal dill tone. The palate is dry and concentrated, with a lively and lingering freshness.
