This 100% Chardonnay from the 150+ year old estate is sourced from the Pernand-Vergelesses AOC. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed full-cluster with fermentation occuring on indigenous yeasts, followed by ageing in French oak barrels. It has aromas of white flowers, citrus, apple and light honey. It is bright and energetic with lemon rind and white peach.
