Each varietal is fermented in separate tanks, in order to preserve their characteristics. The wine is aged 10 months in stainless steel, then bottled and left to rest for at least 10 months. The Oltrestrada is a full-bodied wine that perfectly blends the sweetness of the Merlot and the earthiness of the Sangiovese variety.
