The Les Caillerets vineyard is located on the northern end of the commune at elevations of 250-350 meters with exposures ranging from east to south and southwest. This exquisite Chardonnay is fermented in oak barrels and then matured in barrel for up to 15 months. It is powerful, full bodied and full of almond, peace, spice and truffle aromas. It will develop beautifully in bottle for 10-15 years.
