It is the first white wine of the estate. Rare and original, produced in very few bottles, it faithfully tells its nuances of slenderness, lightness and decision. Characteristics that we also find in its name for which it was inspired: protected species of rare aquatic bird (Occhione) that nests in the dunes and sandbanks of Marina di Bibbona.
