Yellow straw color, highlighted with green.  A very mineral, brilliant wine with apricot, green apple, tangerine and lemon peel notes, with nuances anise and white flowers. Crystalline, precise and vibrant. Finishes long with flinty yet creamy texture and harmonious minerality.
