A delicate pink colour reminiscent of pink coral, characterized by a fine, creamy and persistent perlage, with delicate orange and grey tones. There is a nice, palate-cleansing salinity in this wine. It smells like rose petals and raspberries. The bubbles are subtle and fluttering. The palate is lean but with a grip around the edges.
