The Kirchberg site in Hatzenport is fascinating for its mineral and spice structure. Here the slate is reddish-brown and scattered quartz glitters in the stones.

The 2018 Kirchberg GG is pure, fine and elegant on the nose that displays a delicate slate and refined Riesling aroma. Fresh and piquant on the palate, this is a refreshing, pure and salty Kirchberg with grip and tension and zero botrytis. A frisky wine with serious grip, mineral tension and length. Excellent grip.
