Jermann

At Jermann, attention to biodiversity issues has been one of our main goals since the very beginning: biodiversity in terms of the ecosystem where our vines thrive and the environment surrounding our crops and vegetables. Surveys carried out on the estate plots in Ruttars, Lonzano, and Villanova reveal high-level biodiversities with nature that is very active and healthy featuring some 75 to 130 different species. The certifications we have achieved in all these years of hard work set our vineyards among the very best in terms of quality and vine grafting success. Of course these results have been accomplished thanks to important choices we made regarding sustainable land management: - we only use organic compounds - we use cover crops - we have abandoned chemical weed killers
