100% Dolcetto. Estate vines located in La Morra, facing east. Each older vine is pruned carefully, to ensure very low yields with an average age of 35 years. Hand-harvested in September. Fermented on indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged in tank for 10 months. Unfined and unfiltered.
